世界動物權日（NARD）是由非營利組織「我們的星球，也是他們的家」所建立。此紀念活動在每年6月的第一個星期天，於世界各大城市舉辦。為所有動物發聲，並提升動物權意識，直到所有動物不再被奴役，且其權益能被法律確立及保障。
The National Animal Rights Day (NARD) is established by the non-profit Our Planet. Theirs Too, is observed in all major cities worldwide on the first Sunday of every June, for giving a voice to all animals, until they are free and their rights are established and protected by law.
簽署動物權利宣言
活動將以紀念儀式開場，以緬懷數以億計因人類而死的動物，現場將宣讀動物權利宣言，並邀請在場民眾一同支持簽署。典禮結束後會有動物電影欣賞及野餐交流活動，與同樣關心動物的夥伴們，共享蔬食餐點。
說明：本次台灣動物權日不會使用動物大體，只會使用動物照片。
With a Memorial Ceremony for the animals killed by humans, and the reading of The Declaration of Animal Rights, participants are invited to sign the petition. There will be a movie played as well as a picnic with plant-based desserts for those who are also concerned with animal issues.
Please note: We will not use real animal bodies in Taiwan, only animal photos will be used.
非營利活動
此活動為非營利性質，扣除成本及開銷後若有盈餘，將捐出予台灣友善動物協會，供日後推廣動物權運動使用。
This event is non-profit. Any surplus made will be donated to the Kindness to Animals for future animal rights activism.
共同活動服
參與紀念儀式需要穿著世界動物權日的活動服，我們將以有機棉製作活動服，台灣版本為加註正體中文的限定版。
You will have to wear NARD’s uniform when taking part in the Memorial Ceremony. Taiwanese version is limited edition with traditional Chinese on it.
2011年發起
動物權利宣言是由國際動物權倡議團體「我們的星球，也是他們的家」所發起。該宣言起草於2011年5月，並在同年6月3日的第一屆世界動物權利日在紐約被宣讀與簽署。
The Declaration of Animal Rights - a project of international animal rights and planet conservation group Our Planet. Theirs Too - was drafted in May 2011 and publicly read and signed on June 3rd of the same year, on the 1st National Animal Rights Day in the US, in the city of New York.
累積連署人數
這份宣言被印製成一卷大大的卷軸，並在世界各地傳遞，累積了許多人的簽名。目前已有100公尺長，上面有近萬人的簽名。
The Declaration was copied onto a large scroll of paper, which has been traveling the world and collecting people's signatures. It is now 100 meters long, with almost 10,000 signatures.
獲得國際法律地位
當上面累積了50,000人的簽名時，我們將會交給白宮、聯合國、歐洲議會與其他世界的領導者，直到動物權利宣言被世界所承認，且其所宣揚的理念被國際法所保障。
Once it reaches 50,000 signatures, the scroll will be delivered to the White House, the UN, The EU Parliament and other world leaders. We will do this until The Declaration of Animal Rights is recognized all over the world, and the rights proclaimed in it are protected by global law.

關於我們
台灣友善動物協會（目前申請社團法人組織中）前身為動物知情權，是台灣推廣動物權運動的非營利組織。
目前由志工團在台灣各地進行動物權街頭推廣，也主辦或協辦年度大型活動，包括世界動物權日(NARD)以及國際聯合動物權遊行等，讓更多人認識Vegan生活的美好，以及對動物和地球所帶來的改變與幫助。
未來將前往各大學校推動動物權及生命教育，引導孩子建立與動物及大自然正向和諧的關係。
Kindness to Animals (in the process of applying for Corporation Aggregate) was former Vegan30 and it is a non-profit organization for animal rights activism.
Through street outreach, the host or co-host for annual events, including the National Animal Rights Day (NARD) and The Official Animal Rights March, and the sharing of videos and articles online, allows people to understand the beauty of Vegan life.
For the future, we will go to schools for animal rights activism, leading students to build a harmonious connection with animals and nature.
